I contributed to an employee joining and leaving workflow that coordinated approvals and responsibilities across the people involved in the process.

My contribution

I helped design the workflow and the approval handoffs, identifying who needed to participate at each stage. I also helped create the testing framework to verify that the steps occurred with the intended participants.

Engineering focus

The work required translating a business process into explicit stages, ownership, and testable behavior. It demonstrates my ability to work across requirements, implementation, and quality assurance.
